Gettin' Jiggy Wit It

CADC was transformed into a true Boogie Wonderland this morning when an intergenerational dance troupe from Boston University arrived to help us "bust a move." Kids were engaged and energized after spending forty-five minutes playing movement games and learning routines.

This afternoon, our older campers enjoyed some swimming in the DCR pools while our younger campers finished making today's scrumptious snack: hot veggie pockets!

An important note: many campers and staff have been absent these past few days due to various illnesses. It's critical that we take care of ourselves by washing our hands frequently, breathing lots of fresh air, getting plenty of rest, and eating healthy foods. It's also critical that we take care of each other; we can do this by staying at home on days that we feel sick. This allows us to recuperate and helps avoid the spread of germs. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter. Let's continue to stay safe and healthy so we can have lots of fun during our remaining weeks!
