1. All parents and family members are invited to attend our talent show and slide show this Friday, August 6th, from 1:45pm until approximately 3:15pm.
2. If you plan on coming to camp this Friday and will be taking your child home with you, please make sure you sign him or her out with one of the directors to ensure the safety of all our campers.
3. We will have a "Lost and Found" in the Cambridge office once we move out of our site this coming Monday. If you think you have lost an item, please contact us to see if we found it during our packing!

In other news, we had our final day of "regular" programming at camp today. Our oldest campers were able to enjoy the sensory delights of the outdoors during their trip to Farrington Education Center, and everyone else spent time at the pools and on-site doing movement, studio arts, cooking, and performance. Campers in Groups 3 and 4 had the opportunity to participate in special arts workshop with a visiting educator from Extras for Creative Learning, or ExCL, which is a clearing house that recovers tons of material from being burned or thrown away and redistributes it for creative educational use. The kids who chose the experience made beautiful keepsake boxes out of recycled cigar boxes and sundry craft materials. From the looks of things, it was a wonderfully creative and gratifying adventure!
